Turn Me On depicts three events of environmental misadaptation while visualizing the music theory of the artist’s 2004 string quartet A Cycle of Accumulating Repetition. Both works are structured around mathematical cycles of self-similarity and involve phasing techniques to present traces of narrative in an ordered collage of imagery.
BYOTV is the North American debut for Turn Me On, which has also been shown at the 2006 Linoleum Fest in Moscow.
